With over 15 years of classroom experience, 4 years as a system-level consultant, and now serving as a Vice Principal, Erin brings a rare blend of frontline insight and strategic leadership to every conversation.

She holds a Master of Education with a specialization in leading secondary schools in the AI era—equipping her to bridge the gap between innovation and impact.

Erin translates complex ideas into practical strategies that enhance teacher well-being, elevate student learning, and support ethical, human-centered AI integration.

Through coaching, consulting, and leadership development, Erin empowers schools and systems to navigate change with clarity and confidence—anchored in what matters most: relationships, relevance, well-being, and real-world impact.
